Time to break out the stinging nettle!

Well, I don’t know about you, but my hay fever is in full swing, everywhere I turn there’s a freshly cut field of hay or alfalfa (having hay allergies and horses can be a constant struggle that I’m sure more than a handful of you can relate to).  Combine that with the Middle Fork Fire burning in the Sky Lakes Wilderness that has the valley filled with smoke, my eyes are really getting hit hard this month!  So, as I’m sure you can imagine, I’ve been sipping stinging nettle tea by night and having a dropper-full of tincture by day.  If you, too, suffer from the itchy, watery eyes and scratchy throat of hay fever, you should definitely give Stinging Nettle a try.
