Ingredients Used: Mugwort

Description: Abscesses is a limited area of pus formed as a result of a bacterial infection. The body's immune system reacts to the infection, and sends white blood cells to the infected area trying to get rid of the bacteria. Whenever Abscesses or infection occurs these four signs--heat, swelling, redness, and pain are seen. The leaves of a Artemisia douglasiana (Mugwort) are as effective as common antibacterials like penicillin, amoxycillin, ciprofloxacin, ofloxacin, Genticyn or Fluoroquinolones used for treating Abscesses. Mugwort work in a similar way as these antibiotic drugs. Also there is no any side effects associated with it. Mugwort is also known as Common wormwood, Douglas's Sagewort, Dream Plant, Artemisia douglasiana and Felon Herb.

Directions For Use: The dried leaf powder of Mugwort is boiled in a cup of of water for about 10 min. Then strain and cool it. Drink this tea thrice daily for 3 days. The antibacterial property of oil of leaves will come in the tea, thus treats Abscesses.

Not To Use With: As such no specific precaution needs to be followed while using this treatment. Hence Mugwort leaves are safe and well tolerated in the treatment of Abscesses.

Expected Results: The symptoms of Abscesses have shown to be resolved in 3 days of the treatment with Mugwort leaves.
