Specific Conditions Treated: Acute granulocytic leukemia

Ingredients Used: Fagara zanthoxyloides

Description: Men are more prone to suffer from Acute granulocytic leukemia than women. Acute granulocytic leukemia is characterized with an increase in malignant or abnormal cells in the bone marrow. These cells rapidly increase in number replacing the normal cells and the bone marrow stops producing healthy blood cells. The patient becomes more susceptible to infections as his immune system is compromised. Chances of hemorrhages are also increased as the natural process of blood clotting is hindered. Free radicals have been indicted as the primary cause of various malignancies. The content of flavonoids in Fagara zanthoxyloides extracts was significant. The antioxidant activity of Fagara zanthoxyloides extracts was almost two times higher than other commonly used antioxidants like Selenium and vitamin E. Ingredients present in Fagara zanthoxyloides extracts showed long lasting radical scavenging activity and the EPR spectra were recorded in time to follow the reaction kinetics. Fagara zanthoxyloides extract can be used with confidence to treat Acute granulocytic leukemia along with other conventional treatments with chemotherapeutic agents.

Directions For Use: Boil 50 Gms of finely pulverized aerial parts of Fagara zanthoxyloides herb in 250 ml of water for 30 minutes. Strain and drink 15 ml of the Fagara zanthoxyloides extract twice daily for six months along with conventional treatments. The prognosis of Acute granulocytic leukemia is considerably improved in six months of treatment with Fagara zanthoxyloides extracts.

Not To Use With: As such no interactions are seen with Fagara zanthoxyloides extract; therefore no specific precaution needs to be followed while using this treatment for Acute granulocytic leukemia.

Side Effects:
No side effects are seen with Fagara zanthoxyloides extract. Fagara zanthoxyloides extract can be used with confidence for treating Acute granulocytic leukemia.

Expected Results: A significant improvement in the prognosis of Acute granulocytic leukemia was seen in six months of supplementation with Fagara zanthoxyloides extracts.
