Description: Acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL) is a rapidly growing cancer in which the bone marrow produces a large number of immature lymphocytes or white blood cells. These cells can be seen in the bone marrow, blood, spleen, lymph nodes, and other organs. Cancer of the bone marrow is known as chronic myelogenous leukemia. Hairy cell leukemia (HCL) affects B cells, a type of white blood cell or lymphocyte. It is a rare cancer of the blood. Cancer of the white blood cells or lymphocytes is known as chronic lymphocytic leukemia. Free radicals have been indicted as the primary cause of various malignancies. The content of flavonoids in Saposhnikovia divaricata root extracts was significant. The antioxidant activity of Saposhnikovia divaricata root extracts was almost two times higher than other commonly used antioxidants like Selenium and vitamin E. Ingredients present in Saposhnikovia divaricata root extracts showed long lasting radical scavenging activity and the EPR spectra were recorded in time to follow the reaction kinetics. Saposhnikovia polysaccharides had some functions of scavenging free radicals and inhibiting lipid peroxidation, and scavenging effects on DPPH and OH were especially significant. A-SPS had better effect among different Saposhnikovia polysaccharides, and the scavenging rate of DPPH* and OH* could approach to 70% when the experimental concentration was 8 mg/ml Saposhnikovia divaricata root extracts can be used with confidence to treat Acute lymphocytic leukemia along with other conventional treatments with chemotherapeutic agents.
Directions For Use: Boil 50 Gms of finely pulverised Saposhnikovia divaricata root in 250 ml of water for 30 minutes. Strain and drink 15 ml of the extract twice daily for six months. The prognosis of Acute lymphocytic leukemia is considerably improved in six months of treatment with Saposhnikovia divaricata root extracts.
Not To Use With: As such no interactions are seen with Saposhnikovia divaricata root extracts; therefore no specific precaution needs to be followed while using this treatment for Acute lymphocytic leukemia.
Side Effects: No side effects are seen with Saposhnikovia divaricata root extracts. Saposhnikovia divaricata root extracts can be used with confidence for treating Acute lymphocytic leukemia.
Expected Results: A significant improvement in the prognosis of Acute lymphocytic leukemia was seen in six months of supplementation with Saposhnikovia divaricata root extracts.
Expected Results Within: 6 months
