Conditions Treated: Cardiovascular

Specific Conditions Treated: Angina

Ingredients Used: Raspberry

Description: The heart pumps blood and supplies Oxygen and nourishment to all organs. The heart in turn needs blood for its nourishment that is supplied by coronary artery. The failure of coronary arteries to supply sufficient blood to the heart gives rise to a number of clinical complications like Angina pectoris, heart attack and sudden death without infarction. When arteries narrow or harden due to fatty substances, flow of blood is restricted and supply of Oxygen is insufficient which is known as Angina Pectoris or Ischemia. If the narrowed arteries are blocked by clot or thrombus it causes death of that portion of the heart, which is called heart attack that may heal or cause death. Raspberry juice is very effective in resolving the symptoms of Angina. Other names for Raspberry include: Rubus, Bramble, Hindberry, Framboise, Raspbis, and Red Raspberry.
