Ingredients Used: Evening Primrose

Description: Anxiety disorders also called Panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder or phobias come in two basic forms: Chronic anxiety and panic disorders. The chronic form involves a recurring sense of foreboding and worry accompanied by mild physical symptoms. On the other hand, panic attacks come on suddenly and unexpectedly, with symptoms that are often mistaken for a heart attack or another life-threatening condition. There is sometimes a feeling of not being able to get a full breath of air. Symptoms of come on suddenly and diminish suddenly and can be quite frightening. Evening Primrose is very effective in resolving the symptoms of anxiety disorders. Evening Primrose also called Common Evening Primrose, Fever plant, Great Evening-Primrose, Scurvish, Scabish, Night willow-herb, King's-cure-all, Tree primrose, Oenothera biennis or Sun drop.

Directions For Use: Evening Primrose has the properties that can reduce mental stress and helps to treat the symptoms of Anxiety Disorder. Boil a few petals of Evening Primrose in cup of water. Strain the mixture and drink the filtrate, twice daily for a month. The symptoms of Anxiety Disorder are resolved in a month.

Not To Use With: No specific precaution needs to be followed while using Evening Primrose to treat.

Side Effects: None are seen with Evening Primrose.

Expected Results: The symptoms of Anxiety Disorder are resolved in a month using Evening Primrose.
