Description: Rheumatism is a popular term for all kinds of joint problems. Directions For Use: Just eat as many cherries as you can. 1 kilogram a day is a fair dose. Of course, you can also eat other fruits and vegetable but by all means you must avoid meat and canned food.

Side Effects: In addition to being good for rheumatism, cherries help clean your intestines, so if you go to the toilet frequently and are hungry all the time, this is normal.
