Other Names of Watercress are American cress, garden cress, Indian cress, nasturtium, pepper cress, Peruvian cress, winter cress and yellow rocket.

Directions For Use: Include 100 gms of Watercress leaves in your daily diet. The symptoms of Arthritis are resolved in a month.
