Description: Honey is a natural antiseptic. It can help reduce inflammation, inhibit the spread of infection and moisturize dry, itchy patches. The more unprocessed the honey, the better. A good source is your local farmers market or health food store.
Directions For Use: Mix equal parts honey and sugar. Scrub the affected areas with the mixture to remove dead skin and moisturize. Rinse and pat dry. You can also apply a small amount of honey directly to the affected area and allow to dry.

I am from the UK but live in Thailand, so it’s very humid and hot here. In March this year 08 I developed athletes’ foot in between my smallest toe and the one next to it. I first used Lamisil cream which didn’t seem to help from what I remember being so long ago now!
So I went to see a doctor here who gave me a mixture of iodine with something else. That didn’t seem to help either so I went to a pharmacy who gave me some powder which didn’t help either. So I went to a hospital and was given some anti fungal tablets, again no success! I went to another pharmacy and was given another mixture which seemed to help but didn’t as after almost eight months I have this athletes foot problem.
I found this site 2 days ago and tried the honey remedy. By the next day the redness had gone and the itching stopped completely. Its now the second day and its looking and feeling a lot better.
I would recommend trying this remedy to everyone. It’s better than wasting mo0ney on expensive rubbish that doesn’t work, well not for me anyway!
