Ingredients Used: Champa

Description: Bacillary Dysentery is also known as Shigellosis and Waterborne - Shigellosis. Bacillary Dysentery is an infectious disease of the intestinal tract caused by bacteria of the genus Shigella and is spread by contact with a patients or carriers or though food or water contaminated by their feces. It commonly occurs in summer and fall. Champa is found to possess broad spectrum antibacterial activity. It is a natural alternative to antibiotics used against bacterial infections such as like penicillin, amoxycillin, Ciprofloxacin, Ofloxacin etc. Also the treatment with Champa is relatively safer also as there are no any side effects associated with it in the treatment of Bacillary Dysentery. Champa is also known as Michelia champaca, champaka, champak, champac, sampige and shamba.

Directions For Use: Take some leaves of Champa. Dry and powder it. Take 1 teaspoon of this powder and boil in a cup of water. Filter it. Drink this tea twice daily for 4 days for the treatment of Bacillary Dysentery.

Not To Use With: No specific precaution needs to be followed while using Champa in the treatment of Bacillary Dysentery.

Side Effects: None are seen. As Champa leaves are safe and well tolerated in the treatment of Bacillary Dysentery.

Expected Results: The symptoms of Bacillary Dysentery are resolved in 4-5 days of the treatment with Champa leaves.
