Ingredients Used: Coco grass

Description: Back ache is an off shoot of Headaches. The muscles of the head are joined with the muscles of back. Therefore if the muscles of the head are traumatized the back is also affected. Eucalyptus oil is very useful in resolving back aches.Cyperus rotundus extracts are very beneficial in providing relief from pain and inflammation

Directions For Use: Boil 50 gms of Cyperus rotundus rhizome powder in a cup of water for 30 minutes.Strain and drink the extracts ,twice daily for a week.The symptoms of Back Pain are resolved in a week.

Not To Use With: No specific precaution needs to be followed while using this treatment.

Side Effects: None are seen.

Expected Results: The symptoms of Back Pain are resolved in a week.
