Ingredients Used: Plantago asiatica

Description: Back pain (also known "dorsalgia") is pain felt in the back that usually originates from the muscles, nerves, bones, joints or other structures in the spine. The pain can often be divided into neck pain, upper back pain, lower back pain or tailbone pain. It may have a sudden onset or can be a chronic pain; it can be constant or intermittent, stay in one place or radiate to other areas. It may be a dull ache, or a sharp or piercing or burning sensation. The pain may be radiate into the arm and hand), in the upper back, or in the low back, (and might radiate into the leg or foot), and may include symptoms other than pain, such as weakness, numbness or tingling. The anti-nociceptive and anti-inflammatory properties of Plantago asiatica seed extracts are very effective in resolving the symptoms of Back pain. Plantago asiatica seed extracts is as effective as other NSAID's like Ibuprofen and Diclofenac in resolving the symptoms of Back pain. Plantago asiatica seed extracts are devoid of the usual side effects like gastric irritation which is characteristic with NSAID use.

Directions For Use: Boil 20 Gms of finely powdered Plantago asiatica seed in 250 ml of water for 30 minutes. Strain and drink 15 ml of the extracts, thrice daily for a month. The potential anti-inflammatory component in Plantago asiatica seed extracts relieves the pain and inflammation associated with Back pain and complete relief is obtained in a month.

Not To Use With: No specific precaution needs to be followed while using this treatment. Plantago asiatica seed extracts is as effective as other analgesics in resolving Back pain.
