Ingredients Used: Guava

Description: A Bone Spur (an extra bone growth) can make walking and wearing shoes painful. Bone Spur is also known as Osteophytes. Spurs may grow on top of any of the midfoot joints. These spurs may form a bump on the top of the foot. Bone spurs may also form on your toe. Sometimes a Bone Spur can form where the Achilles tendon connects to the heel bone. These bone spurs are very painful. Guava leaf possess anti-inflammatory and analgesic action and is a natural alternative to Ibuprofen brands available in the market such as (Advil, Motrin, Nuprin and Medipren). The positive point associated with using guava leaf is that it is devoid of any side effects also. Hence is beneficial in treating Bone Spur. Guava is also known as Amrood, guayabo, guyava, goyavier, kuawa and Psidium guajava.

Directions For Use: Boil 10 to 15 leaves of Guava in a cup of water for 20 minutes. Strain and drink the extracts thrice daily for 3 months. The pain and inflammation associated with Bone Spur are resolved in a month and complete cure is effected in 3 months of the treatment.

Not To Use With: As such no interactions are seen with Guava; therefore no specific precaution needs to be followed while using it in the treatment of Bone Spur.

Side Effects: No side effects are seen with Guava in the treatment of Bone Spur.
