Description: Bronchitis is defined as acute inflammation of the respiratory tract due to any pathogenic infection. Bronchitis is also known as Acute Bronchitis and Bronchitis - acute. The ailment is characterized by cough and high fever. The ESR levels are also elevated. Spinach and Honey is very beneficial in treating Bronchitis. Spinach acts as a good mucolytic and honey is a good anti-tussive. Honey is a sweet and viscous fluid produced by Honey bees from the nectar of flowers. Spinach also called scientifically as Spinacia oleracea.
Directions For Use: Boil 50 Gms of Spinach leaves in 250 ml of water. Strain the mixture and add a tbsp of Honey. Take this concoction twice daily for a week for treating Bronchitis.
