Description: Campylobacteriosis is a bacterial infection that affects the intestinal tract and, rarely, the bloodstream. Campylobacteriosis is also known as Waterborne – Campylobacteriosis and Campylobacter infection. It is probably the most common cause of bacterial diarrhea in New York State. Most cases are seen in the summer months and occur as single cases. Outbreaks are uncommon. Campylobacteriosis has probably been in existence for many years but has only recently been recognized as a common infection as a result of improved laboratory methods. Anyone can get Campylobacter infection. Campylobacter are generally spread by consumption of contaminated food or water and, occasionally, by contact with infected people or animals. Campylobacteriosis may cause mild or severe diarrhea, often with fever and traces of blood in the stool. Elephant apple bark extracts are very effective in treating infectious diseases. Elephant apple bark extracts contain potent microbicidal components and their efficacy is comparable to any conventional anti-biotics like Gatifloxacin or Roxithromycin. Elephant apple bark extracts are also devoid of adverse effects associated commonly with anti-biotics. Elephant apple is also known as Feronia limonia, Monkey fruit and Curd fruit.
Directions For Use: Boil 50 gms of crushed Elephant apple bark in 250 ml of water for 30 minutes. Strain and drink the extracts, thrice daily for a week. The symptoms of Campylobacteriosis are resolved in a week.
