Other Names: Black Atractylodes Rhizome, Rhizoma Atractylodis

Description: Cang Shu
Properties: PUNGENT, BITTER – WARM, AROMATIC

Dosage: 4.5 - 9g.


Meridian: SPLEEN, STOMACH


-strong drying damp function, harmonizes middle burner


-expel wind-damp-cold (bi-syndrome)


-clears damp heat from lower burner

-induces sweating, Release exterior
