These accumulated changes caused by degeneration can gradually compress one or more of the nerve roots. This can lead to increasing pain in the neck and arm, weakness, and changes in sensation.A previous neck injury can predispose cervical spondylosis. The antinociceptive, anti-inflammatory actions of Siberian ginseng bark extracts is supportive in reducing pain and inflammation linked with Cervical Spondylosis. Siberian ginseng is also known as Eleutherococcus senticosus, Eleuthero or Acanthopanax senticosus. Siberian ginseng is easily available in the market.

Directions For Use: Siberian ginseng bark extract has potent pain relieving properties; therefore can be used to treat Cervical Spondylosis. Boil 25gms of Acanthopanax senticosus or Siberian ginseng bark powder in a cup of water for 30 minutes. Strain and drink the extracts, twice daily for a month.
