Ingredients Used: Ginger lily

Description: Cholera is an acute diarrhoeal infection caused by ingestion of the bacterium Vibrio cholerae. Cholera is also known as Waterborne - Cholera, Waterborne Disease, V. cholerae and Vibrio. Transmission occurs through direct faecal-oral contamination or through ingestion of contaminated water and food. The disease is characterized in its most severe form by a sudden onset of acute watery diarrhoea that can lead to death by severe dehydration and kidney failure. Ginger lily is a natural alternative to penicillin, amoxycillin, ciprofloxacin, ofloxacin, Gentamycin or Fluoroquinolones and other antibiotic drugs used for treating diseases of bacterial origin. Ginger lily works in a similar way as these antibiotic drugs available in the market do. Also there is no any side effects associated with it in the treatment of Cholera. Ginger lily is the common name for Hedychium coronarium. Ginger lily is also known as garland flower and white butterfly ginger lily.

Directions For Use: Take some fresh rhizome of Ginger lily and prepare a paste by crushing them. 1 tsp of this paste is taken and boiled in a cup of water for about 10 min. Then strain and cool it. Drink this tea thrice daily for 5 days for the treatment of Cholera.

Not To Use With: As such no interactions are seen with this Ginger lily, therefore no specific precautions need to be kept with it during the treatment of Cholera.

Side Effects: No side effects are seen. As Ginger lily is safe and well tolerated in the treatment of Cholera.

Expected Results: The symptoms of Cholera have shown to be resolved in 5 days of the treatment with Ginger lily.
