Description: A Cold/ Common Cold is an infection of upper respiratory tract— your nose and throat. If somebody is having a cold and if he sneeze, cough or speak, tiny droplets of fluid containing the cold virus are launched into the air. If these are breathed in by someone else then they may become infected. Colds are very common. They occur mainly during the winter months. The antibacterial and antiseptic action of Bergamot oil makes it an efficient substance in treating Cold/ Common Cold. Bergamot is also known as Citrus bergamia.

Directions For Use: Consume about 2 tsp of Bergamot oil twice daily for 2-3 days for treating Cold/ Common Cold.

Not To Use With: Pregnant ladies should avoid its usage. Bergamot oil is safe and can be used with full confidence for treating Cold/ Common Cold.
