Ingredients Used: Eyebright

Description: Cold is a contagious viral disease which infects the soft lining (mucous membrane) of the nose. A common cold is an infection of upper respiratory tract (your nose and throat). The common cold generally involves a runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing ,sore throat, cough, headache, or other symptoms. Antibacterial and anti inflammatory properties of Eyebright herb makes it an effective herb in treating Cold. Eyebright is also known as Euphrasia, Euphrasia officinali and Euphrasy herb.

Directions For Use: Soak 4gm of dried Eyebright herb in a a cup of water for 10 minutes. Boil it. Strain and cool. Drink this tea twice daily for a week for the Cold.

Not To Use With: As such no specific precaution needs to be followed while using Eyebright in the treatment of Cold.

Side Effects: No side effects are seen. As Eyebright is safe and well tolerated in the treatment of Cold.

Expected Results: The symptoms of Cold are reduced in 1 week of the treatment with Eyebright.
