Conditions Treated: Cancer

Specific Conditions Treated: Colon and Rectal Cancer

Ingredients Used: Inula viscosa

Description: Malignant tumors growing in any organ are termed as cancers. The colon is the part of the digestive system where the waste material is stored. The rectum is the end of the colon adjacent to the anus. Together, they form a long, muscular tube called the large intestine (also known as the large bowel). The malignant tumors of colon and rectum are called as Cancer - colon. Cancer - colon is also known as Colorectal Cancer and Colon and Rectal Cancer. Free radicals have been indicted as the primary cause of various malignancies. The content of flavonoids in Inula viscose leaves extracts was significant. The antioxidant activity of Inula viscose leaves extracts was almost two times higher than other commonly used antioxidants like Selenium and vitamin E. Ingredients present in Inula viscose leaves extracts showed long lasting radical scavenging activity and the EPR spectra were recorded in time to follow the reaction kinetics. Inula viscose leaves extracts can be used with confidence to treat Colon and Rectal Cancer along with other conventional treatments with chemotherapeutic agents.

Directions For Use: Boil 5 to 10 Inula viscose leaves extracts in 250 ml of water for 30 minutes to extract the beneficial components.
