Ingredients Used: Apple Cider Vinegar

Description: Constipation is a motility condition which is characterized by difficulty in bowel emptying. Constipation is caused by lack of motility of intestine. Apple Cider Vinegar is very effective in resolving the symptoms of Constipation. Apple Cider Vinegar increases the motility and peristalsis in the intestine and resolves the symptoms of Constipation. Apple Cider Vinegar is otherwise known simply as cider vinegar or ACV or acetic acid.

Directions For Use: Take 1 tsp of Apple Cider Vinegar after dinner. The symptoms of Constipation are resolved in a week.

Not To Use With: No specific precaution needs to be followed while using this treatment. As Apple Cider Vinegar is safe and well tolerated in the treatment of Constipation.
