Ingredients Used: Gumbo limbo

Description: Bursera simaruba, the gumbo limbo tree, is used in Latin America as an effective treatment for urinary infections. It is also very good for expelling kidney stones.

You need a strip of the bark (5 cm x 30 cm approximately). Boil it in 4 liters of water and cook for 10 minutes.

Directions For Use: Drink 1 cup three times a day. Do this treatment for at least 2 weeks. Repeat the treatment several times a year if needed.

Side Effects: Gumbo limbo is diuretic, therefore you need to keep hydrated (take enough liquids and minerals).
