Dark Circles are blemishes under the eyes. Dark Circles are actually blood vessels that can be seen through the skin. The skin around the orbit of the skull where the eyes are housed is very thin. When the blood flows through the large veins close to the surface of the skin it produces a bluish tinge. Dark circles are an inherited trait. Any specific condition which leads to pruritis or intense itching in the eyes can precipitate dark circles. Food allergies can also make the skin under the eye look darker. Dark circles can also be caused by medications; especially medications that cause blood vessels to dilate can cause circles under the eyes to darken. Because the skin under the eyes is very delicate, any increased blood flow shows through the skin. Dark circles can also be caused by a lack of mineral iron in your diet. Dark circles are one of the visible symptoms of severe anemia. Pregnancy and menstruation depletes the iron reserves in the body leading to anemia. Therefore dark circles are also seen during these situations. Lack of sleep or excessive tiredness can cause paleness of the skin, which again allows the blood underneath the skin to become more visible and appear more blue or darker. Dark circles becomes more apparent as one ages because the skin loses its tone and elasticity.

research I learned about Wheatgrass. And it seemed to work!
She passed through chemotherapy with ease. But was it the Wheatgrass?
And if it was, how come it was so hard to find out about it?"
