Description: Short-sightedness, also referred to as Myopia, describes the inability to see objects that are far-off clearly. This is a condition of Defective Vision. Lettuce also called Lactuca sativa is an annual or biennial plant of the daisy family Asteraceae, most often grown as a leaf vegetable. Lettuce is a fat free, low calorie food. It is a valuable source of vitamin A and folic acid.

Directions For Use: Include Lettuce leaves as salad in your diet regularly or you can extract lettuce juice. Take one glass daily to treat your Defective Vision.
