Description: Depression is defined as a mental state characterized by a feeling of deep sadness, anger, frustration or pessimism. Depression is also known as Clinical depression, Dysthymic disorder, Major depressive disorder and Unipolar depression. The normal life style of the patient is altered. Depression could be caused by a chemical misbalance in the brain. Cardamom is very effective in resolving the symptoms of depression. Cardamom is also known as Elettaria cardamomum and Elaichi.
Directions For Use: Boil 8 to 10 pods of Cardamom in 100 ml of water for 10 minutes. Strain the mixture and drink the filtrate twice daily for a month. The symptoms of Depression are resolved in a month.
