Description: Here is one that can really get things going in the right direction.
It is easy to prepare (no preparation!) and you can have the cinnamon with all sorts of foods.
Directions For Use: Simply make sure to take 1 tsp a day of cinnamon at least. It dosen't have to be all at once.
