Description: With a little bit of extra care (i.e. eating healthy food and doing exercise regularly), a person with diabetes can live a normal and healthy life.
Watercress is full of antioxidants and for centuries it has been used as a tonic for ill people.
Wash a handful of watercress very well (they are aquatic or semi-aquatic and my be exposed to dirty water, that's why you need to wash it very well). Boil a handful of watercress per cup of water. Cook in low fire for 2 - 5 minutes.
Directions For Use: Drink twice a day. You can either drink the liquid and eat the watercress, or strain it and only drink the liquid. Do this at least twice a week.
Expected Results: You will feel stronger within 3 months or less.
