Just use 1-2 tablespoons of unfiltered ACV in a regular drinking glass of cold water.

Re: #2 from Davis...1-2 tbsp of ACV in regular glass of cold water. The reply is incomplete ...it doesn’t say how much honey to use. Please Advice

It is the fall in sugar levels which causes dizziness. Dizziness could also initiate vomiting. A spoon of honey with 3 to 4 drops of ACV will be enough. The ACV is probably added to make the honey taste tangy and suppress any nausea.
