Ingredients Used: Lippia dulcis

Description: Dysmenorrhea or Painful Menstruation or Menstrual Pain is quite normal if it is limited to a short period of time. The pain usually starts a few hours before the start of the menstrual period. It can continue for 2 to 3 days before stopping. Dysmenorrhea or Painful Menstruation can sometimes be very severe and chronic. Lippia dulcis stem bark extracts have been used in traditional folk medicine to treat numerous diseases. The stem bark of Lippia dulcis possesses anti-inflammatory activity. Hence these extracts are natural alternative to commonly used anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs like Serratiopeptidase, Combiflam, and Ibuprofen etc. Lippia dulcis stem bark extracts can be used with confidence for treatment of inflammatory condition associated with Dysmenorrhea.

Directions For Use: Boil 50 Gms of Lippia dulcis stem bark in a cup of water for at least 20 minutes to allow complete extraction of the active components. Strain and drink 20 ml of this extract, thrice daily for 8 days.

Not To Use With: No specific precaution needs to be followed while using this treatment. Lippia dulcis stem bark extracts are as effective and much safer as compared with other anti-inflammatory and analgesics used in the treatment of Dysmenorrhea.

Side Effects: None are seen. Lippia dulcis stem bark extracts can be used with full confidence for the treatment of inflammatory condition associated with Dysmenorrhea.

Expected Results: The symptoms of Dysmenorrhea are resolved in 2 days of treatment with Lippia dulcis extracts.
