Description: Fibromyalgia also known as FM or FMS is a condition that is related to arthritis. A person suffering from Fibromyalgia complains of extreme fatigue and general muscle pains. A lack of sleep is generally one of the primary reasons for the development of this condition. The lack of sufficient sleep can cause fatigue and is also related to the muscle pains. As a result of the fatigue and the muscle pains, people suffering from Fibromyalgia find that their physical activities are limited. A person suffering from Fibromyalgia will notice swellings and often experience a tingling sensation. Some parts of the body may become numb too. Ginger is very effective in resolving the symptoms of Fibromyalgia. Ginger is also known as Zingiber officinalis.

Directions For Use: Crush a small piece of Ginger into a fine paste and consume 1/2 tsp of this paste twice daily after meals. The symptoms of Fibromyalgia are resolved in a month.

Not To Use With: No specific precaution needs to be followed while using Ginger to treat Fibromyalgia.

Side Effects: None are seen with Ginger paste to treat Fibromyalgia.

Expected Results: The symptoms of Fibromyalgia are resolved in a month using Ginger.
