Ingredients Used: Turmeric

Description: Fibromyalgia, or fibrositis, as it is sometimes called, also known FM or FMS is a mysteriously debilitating syndrome that afflicts between 6 and 12 million people in the United States. The condition bears a striking resemblance to chronic fatigue syndrome and affects mostly women between the ages of 25 and 50. It is estimated that 15 to 20 percent of patients seen by rheumatologists have Fibromyalgia. Turmeric is very effective in resolving the symptoms of Fibromyalgia. Turmeric is also known as Curcumin or Curcuma longa.

Directions For Use: Boil 1 tsp of Turmeric powder in a cup of water. Strain and drink the extracts twice daily for a month. The symptoms of Fibromyalgia are resolved in a month.

Not To Use With: No specific precaution needs to be followed while using Turmeric to treat Fibromyalgia.

Side Effects: None are seen with Turmeric while treating Fibromyalgia.

Expected Results: The symptoms of Fibromyalgia are resolved in a month using Turmeric powder.
