Ingredients Used: Bay leaf

Description: Flatulence is also known as Gas, Belching, Burp, Eructation, Flatus. Distension of the stomach and intestines due to wind is called Flatulence. Normally wind is formed during the process of digestion, but is passed out in the form of flatus. If not, or if formed in excess, this leads to distension of the intestine and stomach. The disease is characterized by discomfort, loss of appetite, indigestion, breathlessness, headache and sleeplessness. Bay leaf extract is very effective in resolving the symptoms of Flatulence. Bay leaf extract helps to relax the digestive tract and gives relief from distension, bloating and belching of the intestines. Bay leaf is also known as Daphni, and is aromatic in nature.

Directions For Use: Boil 5 to 10 Bay leaves in a cup of water for 10 minutes. Strain the mixture and drink the filtrate for immediate relief from Flatulence. The Bay leaf is very beneficial for this.

Not To Use With: No specific precaution needs to be followed while using Bay leaf in Flatulence.

Side Effects: None are seen.
