Also called: Flatulence, Belching, Burp, Eructation, Flatus
Gas, Flatulence, Belching, Burp, Eructation and Flatus are all caused by the unwanted production of gas in the intestine. Every person produce about 1 to 4 pint of gas. Belching is defined as the expulsion of the gas from the mouth, where as passing of gas through the anus is flatulence. Gas or flatulence can be very embarrassing in social situations. Usually the gas emitted during flatulence has no odor. The odor is produced when the bacteria in the intestine decompose the waste matter and the gas contains compounds of sulphur. Gas can also be trapped in the food we eat. Certain foods cause more gas in some people. For people with lactose intolerance, avoiding milk products will help. Drinking lots of water and non-fizzy drinks and chewing food more to lessen the amount of air you swallow when you eat can help reduce gas.

She passed through chemotherapy with ease. But was it the Wheatgrass?
And if it was, how come it was so hard to find out about it?"
