Ingredients Used: Rhododendron ponticum

Description: Gout is one of the forms of arthritis or joint inflammation. Usually one or two joints are affected at a time. Commonly joints of feet and ankles are inflamed in gout. The commonest site is the ball of the big toe. The first attack of gout subsides in a week or so without treatment. There may be a long gap of many months or years between attacks. As time passes the attacks become more frequent and more severe involving many joints. When the frequency of attacks increases progressive joint damage sets in. This is known as chronic gout. Rhododendron ponticum leaves extracts, has very potent anti-inflammatory action. Rhododendron ponticum leaves extract has been used in traditional folk medicine to treat numerous diseases. Rhododendron ponticum leaves extracts are a natural alternative to commonly used anti-inflammatory drugs like Dolonex (Piroxicam), Brufen (Ibuprofen) and Voveran etc. Rhododendron ponticum leaves extract can be used with confidence for treating Gout.

Directions For Use: Boil 100 Gms of finely pulverized Rhododendron ponticum leaves in 250 ml of water for 30 minutes. Strain and drink 50 ml of the Rhododendron ponticum leaves extracts twice daily for a month.

Not To Use With: No specific precaution needs to be followed while using Rhododendron ponticum leaves extracts to treat Gout.

Side Effects: None are seen. Rhododendron ponticum leaves extract can be used with confidence in treating Gout.
