Description: Gout/ Metabolic Arthritis/ Gouty arthritis is a disease which is precipitated by the buildup of uric acid in the body. The uric acid is in the form of crystals deposited on the articular surface of the bones. The uric acid is also deposited on the tendons and joints. This leads to the excruciating pain which is associated with Gout. The movements become painful and gritty. An inflammatory response is provoked in the joints. Zanthoxylum riedelianum leaves and stem bark extracts have been used in traditional folk medicine to treat numerous diseases. The aerial parts of Zanthoxylum riedelianum or Hophead possess antinociceptive and anti-inflammatory activity. Hence these extracts are natural alternative to commonly used anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs like Serratiopeptidase, Combiflam, and Ibuprofen etc. Zanthoxylum riedelianum extracts can be used with confidence for treatment of inflammatory condition associated with Gout.

Directions For Use: Boil 50 Gms of Zanthoxylum riedelianum leaves and stem bark in a cup of water for at least 20 minutes to allow complete extraction of the active components. Strain and drink 20 ml of this extract, thrice daily for 10 days. Also local application of this extract will be very useful for instant results.

Not To Use With: No specific precaution needs to be followed while using this treatment. Zanthoxylum riedelianum leaves and stem bark extracts are as effective and much safer as compared with other anti-inflammatory and analgesics used in the treatment of Gout.
