Description: Green gram is a type of gram which is native of India .it is used as a food in many South Asian countries. It is an easily digestible form of pulse. It is usually given in ailments such as diarrhea and other motility problems. Green grams are very beneficial in cases of appendicitis .It reduces the inflammation and resolves the disease.
