Actually I drink the Apple Cider Vinegar each day. I get the kind with the mother in it. I drink it straight, about a table spoon and a half two times a day. I have regrown some of my hair with this process. I feel that it changes the PH or something to that efect in my body as well as clean out my arteries. Just like it will a coffee pot. It also helps out with digestion.
