Ingredients Used: Rosemary, Water

Description: Headache is where that you have a pain in your head and it is located above the ears and eyes, behind the head, or in the upper neck at the back of your head.

There are two types of headaches: Primary and Secondary headaches. Primary headaches are like cluster, migraine and tension headaches and not caused by other diseases. Tension headaches is the most common. Migraine headaches is the second most common. Secondary headaches are like minor, serious or life threatening and are associated with a disease. Secondary can be brain tumors, meningitis, and subarachnoid hemorrhages to your less serious like a withdrawal from caffeine

Directions For Use: A handful of this herb should be boiled in a liter of water and put in a mug. The head should be covered with a towel and the steam inhaled for as long as the patient can bear. This should be repeated till the headache is relieved.
