Description: Headaches are so common for our stressful lives that we are almost paying no attention to them, unless they become so strong that are almost unbearable. In many cases headaches are due to prosaic reasons such as fatigue, lack of enough sleep, high/low temperatures, etc. In those cases painkillers do help but it is so easy to become addicted to taking pills. Therefore, it is much better if we resort to natural remedies instead.
Directions For Use: Put 1 teaspoon of salt into 150 ml of cold water and drink this.
Side Effects: If this treatment makes you vomit, this is unpleasant but it could be a normal reaction of your body.
