Description: Blood pressure is a measure of how hard the blood pushes against the walls of your arteries as it moves through your body. It’s normal for blood pressure to go up and down throughout the day, but if it stays up, you have High Blood Pressure. High Blood Pressure is also called as hypertension. High Blood Pressure is also called as or Hypertension or HBP. This generally means: Systolic blood pressure is consistently over 140/90 mm of Hg. Severe hypertension can cause symptoms such as:
* headache
* sleepiness
* confusion
* coma.
China Rose flower consumption reduces High Blood Pressure. China Rose is also called as rose mallow, rosa chinensis and Hibiscus rosa-sinensis.

Directions For Use: Take 1 teaspoon dried flower of China Rose. Boil it in a a cup of water. Strain and cool. Drink this tea twice daily for 4-5 months for the treatment of High Blood Pressure.

Not To Use With: As such no specific precaution needs to be followed while using China Rose in the treatment of High Blood Pressure.

Side Effects: No side effects are seen. As China Rose is safe and well tolerated in the treatment of High Blood Pressure.
