Description: Hypertension or High Blood Pressure also known as HTN or HBP is defined as a condition which is characterized by an increase in the blood pressure flowing in the blood vessel. High Blood Pressure could be caused by obesity, increasing age, deposition of fats in the blood vessels or hereditary causes. Fenugreek seeds is very useful in resolving the condition of Highblood Pressure. Fenugreek seeds are also known as Trigonella foenum-graecum

Directions For Use: Soak 1 tsp of Fenugreek seeds overnight. Eat these seeds in the morning on an empty stomach. The symptoms of High Blood Pressure are resolved in three months. Fenugreek seeds lowers blood pressure; therefore it is used to treat High Blood Pressure.

Not To Use With: No specific precaution needs to be followed while using Fenugreek seeds to treat High Blood Pressure.

Side Effects: None are seen with Fenugreek seeds.

Expected Results: The symptoms of High Blood Pressure are resolved in three months using Fenugreek seeds.

I am on medication for High blood pressure, Vesotec, and am taking fungreek for over one year almost every morrning and my blood prossure going higher than before taking the funugreek. I read some articles lately that it is not good to take fungreek when you have high blood pressure, do you think is the reason?
