High Blood Pressure Home Remedy Using Water

Ingredients Used: Water
Description: Persons suffering from high blood pressure or otherwise may often feel dizzy if their BP rises due to any reason. In such an event just insert your index fingers in both the ears ,press and shake vigorously for one minute. then catch the tip of the middle finger of any hand with the thumb and index finger of the other hand press hard and pull for one minute.the middle finger to be held from the top of the nail and bottom and NOT from sides of the nail. repeat this alternately 4 or 5 times . this process can be repeated again after 10 to 15 min till BP comes to your normal level.
Drink half a cup of water first before doing the above.
Directions For Use: As described above. Persons on BP medication to take as per doctor's advise and not to stop them.
Side Effects: None.
Expected Results: BP will come down immediately ,and the person would feel betterwithin minutes. the process can be done any time one feels bad due to rising BP . this is not a full cure for BP but an effective aid in emergency .
