Description: Hou Po

Properties: BITTER, PUNGENT – WARM, AROMATIC

Dosage: 3 – 9g.

Magnolia Bark

Meridian: LARGE INTESTINE, LUNG, SPLEEN, STOMACH

-transform dampness, promote movement of Qi, resolves stagnation

-warms and transforms cold phlegm and directs rebellious lung Qi down
