The testis is the site of the synthesis of sperms which are the male germ cells. The testes are housed in a bag like structure known as scrotum. The scrotum is very sensitive to temperature variation. In normal circumstances the testis in newborn infants descends from the abdomen into the scortum through a passage which later closes. If the tube fails to close after the testis has descended fluid from the abdominal cavity leaks into the scortum causing the scortum to swell resulting in a condition known as Hydrocele or Processus vaginalis or Patent processus vaginalis. Hydrocele or Processus vaginalis is characterized by severe pain in the crotch which radiates towards the pelvic region. Occasionally, a Hydrocele may be associated with an inguinal hernia. Hydrocele may also be caused by inflammation or injury of the testicle or epididymis, or by fluid or blood blockage within the spermatic cord. This type of Hydrocele is more common in older men.

After an excessive
research I learned about Wheatgrass. And it seemed to work!
She passed through chemotherapy with ease. But was it the Wheatgrass?
And if it was, how come it was so hard to find out about it?"
