Ingredients Used: Stinging nettle

Description: Kidney Stones also called Renal Stones or renal calculi are solid concretions of dissolved minerals in urine; calculi typically form inside the kidneys or ureters. The terms Nephrolithiasis and Urolithiasis refer to the presence of calculi in the kidneys and urinary tract, respectively. Kidney Stones or Renal Stones may be as small as a grain of sand or as large as a pearl. Most Kidney Stones or Renal Stones pass out of the body without help from a doctor. But sometimes Kidney Stones or Renal Stones will not go away. Kidney Stones or Renal Stones may get stuck in the urinary tract, block the flow of urine and cause great pain. This condition is known as Urolithiasis. Stinging Nettle is very effective in resolving the symptoms of Kidney stones. Stinging Nettle is also called Great stinging nettle, common nettle, burn nettle, burn weed, burn hazel, "7-minute-itch", Nettle, Urtica dioica or Urtica urens.

Directions For Use: Boil 100gms of Stinging Nettle leaves in a cup of water. Strain and drink the filtrate twice daily for a fortnight. The symptoms of Kidney stones are resolved in a fortnight.

Not To Use With: No specific precaution needs to be followed while using Stinging Nettle leaves to treat Kidney Stones.

Side Effects: None are seen with Stinging Nettle leaves.

Expected Results: The symptoms of Kidney stones are resolved in a fortnight using Stinging Nettle leaves.
