Conditions Treated: Ear Nose and Throat

Specific Conditions Treated: Labyrinthitis

Ingredients Used: Lepechinia meyenii

Description: Labyrinthitis is a balance disorder. It is an inflammatory process affecting the labyrinths that house the vestibular system (which sense changes in head position) of the inner ear. In addition to balance control problems, a labyrinthitis patient may encounter hearing loss and tinnitus. Labyrinthitis is usually caused by a virus, but it can also arise from bacterial infection, head injury, extreme stress, an allergy or as a reaction to a particular medicine. Both bacterial and viral labyrinthitis can cause permanent hearing loss, although this is rare. Lepechinia meyenii roots extract is a natural alternative for commonly used anti-biotics like Ciprofloxacin, Norfloxacin, Roxithromycin and Penicillin derivatives. Lepechinia meyenii rootsextract is devoid of the usual side effects associated with conventional anti-biotics like gastric irritation and resistance. Lepechinia meyenii roots extract can be used with confidence to treat Labyrinthitis.

Directions For Use: Boil 50 Gms of finely pulverized Lepechinia meyenii roots in 500 ml of water for 30 minutes. Strain and drink 15 ml of this extract thrice daily for a week. The symptoms of Labyrinthitis are resolved in a week of treatment with Lepechinia meyenii roots extracts.

Not To Use With: None are seen. Lepechinia meyenii roots extract can be used with confidence in the treatment of Labyrinthitis.

Side Effects: No side effects are seen when Lepechinia meyenii roots extracts are used in the treatment of Labyrinthitis.

Expected Results: The Labyrinthitis is resolved in a week of treatment with Lepechinia meyenii roots extracts.

Expected Results Within: 1 week
