Ingredients Used: Honey, Lemon
Description: Laryngitis is an inflammation of the larynx. It causes hoarse voice or the complete loss of the voice because of irritation to the vocal folds (vocal cords).
Directions For Use: Boil one lemon into 200-300ml of water. Add 2 spoonfuls of honey. Filter the mixture, let it cool and while it is still warm, drink it.
Not To Use With: It is better if you apply this treatment in summer because if you apply it in winter, there is a risk you will catch a cold after you have warmed yourself with the mixture. This treatment usually helps when you have not lost your voice yet.
Side Effects: There are hardly any.
Expected Results: Your voice will become softer.
