Ingredients Used: Japanese Honeysuckle

Description: Cramp is a term often used to refer to a painful, involuntary contraction of a single muscle or a muscle group. Leg Cramps frequently occur in the legs of elderly patients and can be extremely painful. Severe leg cramps my be followed by residual tenderness and evidence of muscle fiber necrosis, including elevation of serum creatinine kinase. Japanese Honeysuckle is widely used in Oriental folk medicine. The analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of Japanese Honeysuckle is comparable to any conventional formulation like Ibuprofen, Diclofenac or Piroxicam, hence beneficial for the treatment of Leg Cramps. Japanese Honeysuckle is also known as Hall's honeysuckle, madreselva and Lonicera japonica.

Directions For Use: Crush 5 to 8 Japanese Honeysuckle leaves into a fine paste.Boil this paste in 250 ml of water. Strain and drink 15 ml of this juice twice daily for a week. The pain and inflammation of Leg Cramps is reduced in a day or two and the inflammatory condition is resolved in a week.

Not To Use With: No specific precaution needs to be followed while using this treatment. As leaves of Japanese Honeysuckle are safe and well tolerated for the cure of Leg Cramps.
