Description: Tennis Elbow or Plasterer’s Elbow or Mechanic’s Elbow or Painter’s Elbow is the Lateral Epicondylitis of Humerus caused by repetitive actions which puts a strain on the epicondyle of the humerous. Tennis Elbow is a degenerative condition of the tendon fibers that attach on the bony prominence (epicondyle) on the outside (lateral side) of the elbow. Fumaria indica whole plant extracts have been used in traditional folk medicine to treat numerous diseases. The whole plant of Fumaria indica possess antinociceptive and anti-inflammatory activity. Hence these extracts are natural alternative to commonly used anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs like Serratiopeptidase, Combiflam, and Ibuprofen etc. Fumaria indica extract can be used with confidence for treating Mechanic’s Elbow.

Directions For Use: Boil 50 Gms of Fumaria indica plant in a cup of water for at least 30 minutes to allow complete extraction of the active components. Strain and drink 20 ml of this extract, twice daily for 10 days. Also local application of this extract can bring the results earlier.
